By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for persons who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Site is informational and promotional in nature. It describes our business, our products, and our services.

We collect and use personal information — including the email address you provide when you subscribe to our communications or contact us — in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.lalouettecoop.ca/privacy-policy-en, and with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and other applicable privacy legislation.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and describes what we collect, why, how long we keep it, with whom we share it, and how you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, withdrawal of consent, and de-indexing.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The amended version takes effect when it is posted on the Site, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Where the change is significant, we will give notice by a reasonable means. Your continued use of the Site after the amended Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province.
Subject to any mandatory provision of law that entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere, any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Saint-François, Quebec.
A French version of these Terms is available and was made available to you before you accepted them. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the French and English versions, the French version prevails.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site and replace any prior understanding on that subject.
