Applications

MemoQ: Computer-assisted translation software used to upload, store and process client texts for the purpose of carrying out language tasks.

Gmail: Email application used by the cooperative to interact with clients and other stakeholders.

Sync: Secure document management platform where the cooperative keeps documents from or pertaining to clients.

Only persons who need to consult your information in the course of their work will be given access to it. Likewise, any external providers we work with will be given access to your personal information on a “need-to-know” basis to perform their work.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information against unauthorized loss, access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no electronic data transmission or storage method is completely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In principle, we retain your personal information for as long as required to provide our services. However, should you cease doing business with us, we will need to retain your personal information for a set period of time in order to meet our legal obligations and comply with the rules of our professional associations.

Once this retention period is over, we will destroy your personal information permanently.
